Demolition, site work and new construction of a municipal facility in Fair Play, South Carolina. Completed plans call for the demolition of a municipal facility; for the construction of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
Fair Play Welcome Center Rebuild and Beautification Construction of a building and site improvements for a complete working facility as described in words, drawings and other instruments and other Work indicated in the Contract Documents. Existing facility to remain open and operational until phasing new facility is completed and ready for Owner to occupy followed by Demolition of existing facility. Bid Security is Required in an Amount Not Less Than 5% of the Base Bid. Performance and Labor & Material Payment Bonds The successful Contractor will be required to provide Performance and Labor and Material Payment Bonds, each in the amount of 100% of the Contract Price. CONSTRUCTION COST RANGE: $6,500,000 to $7,300,000 *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
