Redevelopment of Mills Block with AODA accessible paved trails. A bid bond issued by a Surety Company acceptable to the Owner, in an amount of not less than 10% of the Total Tender Price. The bid bond must be signed and sealed both by the Surety Company and the Tenderer. Prior to executing the Contract the Owner will require the successful Bidder to provide and maintain in good standing until the fulfillment of the Contract, a Labour and Material Bond for 50% of the value of the bid amount. The bond shall be issued by a Surety Company acceptable to the Owner.
