**As of June 30, 2025, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** The Work consists of the following 1. The Small Master Tank Repairs project consists of the repair and repainting of a welded steel ground storage tank. Owner will assist with taking the tank out of service. Contractor shall be responsible for blasting and painting the interior and exterior of the tank; seam sealing in roof; installing exterior ladder guard and safety climb; replacing roof rafters; replacing missing roof rigging coupler; installing interior ladder guard and safety climb; replacing all anchor bolt chairs; tightening all anchor bolts; tack welding all nuts to bolts; installing handrails on each side of the manway and a gate at the top of the ladder; installing davit arm on tank manway; replacing tank vent; replacing level indicator; pit filling; replacing steel discharge pipe, gate valve, and flange; weld repairs; containment; site cleanup; restoration; and disinfection. The Project consists of Repairs and subsequent repainting of a water storage tank on Fall Creek Court in Kingston Springs.
