Description

Site work and paving for a road / highway in Stockbridge, Georgia. Conceptual plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.

Background The Henry County Board of Commissioners is requesting non-cost technical proposals from qualified consultants to design the intersection improvements of Chambers Road at McCullough Road. This project is funded by Henry County SPLOST. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and services required to fulfill the terms and conditions of this bid. Submittals will only be considered by those firms and subcontractors currently pre-qualified with the Georgia Department of Transportation. DESCRIPTION 1. This project involves the collection of survey data, roadway design, right-of-way, drainage design and all other work necessary to produce a complete final set of plans suitable for use by a contractor for the construction of the intersection improvements for Chambers Road at McCullough Road. 2. The design criteria for this project must meet existing speed limit for Chambers Road and McCullough Road. 3. The consultant and sub-consultant shall be prequalified with the Georgia Department of Transportation. Question Submission Deadline: June 11, 2025, 3:00pm. Question Response Deadline: June 18, 2025, 3:00pm.
