The Project includes the following Work: Proposed work at Cumberland City Park includes demoli7on and removal of exis7ng school structure and associated appurtenances and installa7on of prefabricated pavilion, ADA pathways and parking area. Bidder agrees that the Work will be substanally complete within 180 calendar days aPer the date when the Contract Times commence to run as provided in Paragraph 4.01 of the General Condions, and will be completed and ready for final payment in accordance with Paragraph 15.06 of the General Condions within 195 calendar days aPer the date when the Contract Times commence to run.
