Remodeling of a municipal facility in Chattanooga, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the remodel of a municipal facility.
Separate sealed BIDS for the Remodel of the Hamilton County Emergency Communications Facility will be received by the Owner. The primary goal of this project is the remodel of the facility's main dispatch center including several offices and breakroom. The interior work involves limited demolition, acoustical materials, flooring,gypsum board, insulation, paint, lay in ceiling, lighting, caulking, rubber base, millwork, electrical,plumbing, and HVAC disciplines. This will include furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, tools, supervision, incidentals, and any other items necessary or convenient to satisfactorily complete the construction as described in the Project Manual (Specifications) andshown in the Project Documents prepared by Billingsley/Architecture, 633 Chestnut Street, Suite 800, Chattanooga, Tennessee 37450. No bids will be accepted after the above specified time for the opening of bids. The successful bidder will be issued a total of six (6) sets of the Project Manual and Drawings at no additional charge. Others will be charged at cost of reproduction. No bids may be withdrawn for a period of45 days from above stated bid date. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive all informalities therewith. However, any qualifications to a Bid shall render that Bid as non-responsive.
