Spring High School Replacement - Bid Package 3 The Scope of Work includes but is not limited to the construction of a new 680,490 SqFt two-story high school for Spring Independent School District. This school will include spaces for administration, classroom instruction, dining, libraries, CTE, two-tier auditorium, natatorium, multiple gymnasiums with a competition arena and a site comprised of concrete paving, landscape, irrigation and athletic events like baseball, softball, track & field, football and tennis. It will include structural steel framing & erection, load bearing CMU, CFMF, brick and stone veneer, metal panels, TPO, LWIC & Mod-Bit roof, curtain wall, elevators and turn-key electrical, mechanical, plumbing, technology and safety & security systems. The overall cost of project is $300,000,000. Cost of this bid package is not yet known. PLEASE NOTE: Site clearing, earthwork and site utilities have been previously awarded.
