A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** The City of Oxford is soliciting proposals for furnishing 467 water meters, 967 water meter AMI transmitters, 741 electrical meters and AMI transmitters, and an advanced metering infrastructure (AMI) system to manage and collect metering data. The equipment shall meet all aspects of the attached specification. Scoring criteria to compare proposals received will be done according to Section 2 herein and will be based on price and lead time (including preparation of submittal, fabrication, and delivery).
