Approximately 8 each storm drainage structures (varies) 3. Approximately 4 each grout catch basin or manhole (48"-72") 4. Approximately 375 ton riprap (varies) 5. Approximately 1800 square yards seeding and erosion control blanket 6. Approximately 100 linear feet curb & gutter 7. Approximately 3 each reinforced concrete pipe apron (18"-24") 8. Approximately 350 cubic yards common excavation 9. Approximately 190 cubic yards pond excavation (assumed Level 3, MSW landfill) 10. Approximately 43 and 33 each clearing and grubbing, respectively 11. Approximately 185 square yards of pavement removal and restoration 12. Approximately 6 sites that require water management (varying degrees). No bids will be considered unless sealed, labeled as a bid for the project, and filed with the City Engineer of Bloomington and accompanied by Bid Security, in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders (to be forfeited as liquidated damages in the event the bid be accepted and the bidder shall fail to enter promptly into a written contract and furnish the required bonds). The Contractor is responsible for the delivery of the bid to the office of the City Engineer. The right is reserved to reject any or all bids, to waive informalities, to award the contract in whole or in part, and to award to the bidder the City determines is in the City's best interest.
