Site work and new construction of a multi-residential development in Toronto, Ontario. Working plans call for the construction of a 26,360-square-foot, six-story above grade, 80-bed multi-residential development; and for site work for a multi-residential development.
Construction of a 6-storey shelter facility for unhoused people with 76 beds. No below-grade parking levels are proposed. The development will also include indoor and outdoor amenity spaces. Properties are: 2204-2212 Eglinton Avenue West and 601 Caledonia Road. TIMELINE: Working drawings are underway. Owner is awaiting site plan approvals from the city of Toronto. A Request for Proposals for a Construction Manager (CM) has closed; the CM has yet to be identified. Construction timelines have yet to be finalized. Further update summer 2026.
