Site work, remodeling and renovation of a military facility in Meridian, Mississippi. Completed plans call for the remodel of a military facility.
Project Description: The work includes field investigation, design and construction services, and all direct, incidental, and ancillary related work to: a. Base Bid – Remove and replacement the existing low-slope membrane roof systems on indicated Roof Areas A through D in their entirety. Existing mid-level low slope Roof Area E and existing metal roof systems are not in contract. b. Bid Option 001 – Install complete new lightning protection system for the building. c. Bid Option 002 – Clean, prepare, and provide new structural steel protective coating system to entire exposed steel superstructure extending above the roof plane. But not limited to please review the specifications for more information. Prevailing Wages Apply. Contract duration = 430 calendar days Subcontractor proposals are due to CCI by NOON, Monday, June 09, 2025. Direct all RFI's, bids, and scope letters to the following individuals/emails: 1.
