Bidder must register on this website to submit a Bid and Bid Security and there is no charge to submit Bids and Bid Securities on this website. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids and to waive all defects and irregularities in bidding or bidding process except the time for submitting a Bid. The successful bidder, if any, will be the responsible bidder, which in the Boards judgment will be most advantageous to the District and result in the best and most economical completion of the Project.
