Surface: Acrylic painted surface by Acrytech Sports Surfacing in competition green (out of bounds), competition blue (in bounds), and navy (kitchen) with standard white lines. Surfacing should include acid etching and power washing, patch repair as needed, no less than two layers of an acrylic resurface, no less than two of the acrylic color surfacing, all paint will be mixed by manufacturer instructions at a medium pace surface. 7. Net Post Sleeves: In-ground aluminum net post sleeves by Douglas Sports, installed pre concrete work, and per ASBA guidelines (64 sets) 8. Net Posts: 2 7/8" Premium Pickleball net post by Douglas Sports (black). (64 sets) 9. Nets: Premium nets by Douglas Sports (64 in total). 10. Fencing: 10 ft galvanized fencing around the perimeter (approx. 508 linear feet) with black VCP 85% 9' windscreen with wind holes. Include 3 walk-through gates measuring 4 feet each. Additionally, 4'galvanized fencing separating courts (approx. 40 feet each x 3 lines, totaling 200 linear feet). 11. Lighting: 4 black light poles with single LED light fixtures and 10 poles with double fixtures at 180 degrees,- manufactured by LSI, Sport Lighting, Medium ZONE fixtures, measuring an average lumen reading of 50 foot-candles. Lighting should include a timer at the courts as well as a timer on the control panel. 200 service is required 12. Electrical: Include 110 ft of ground trenching and one additional electrical line and plug for court. 13. Additional Work: Project bidder to include all permitting fees, Geotech survey fees, engineering fees, site prep, dirt work fees, and concrete work (anticipated post tension 5 inch slab with perimeter beams and center beams, medium broom finish, as per American Sports Builders specifications 14.
