Site work for a civil project in Beech Creek, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
THIS PROJECT CONSISTS OF THE FOLLOWING POTABLE WATER SYSTEM IMPROVEMENTS: Installation of 1,910 feet of 6 PVC water main Construction of a water booster station One new fire hydrant assembly Install 12 service connections This project contemplates horizontal directionally drilled water line installation methods. This project requires payment of all employees in accordance with the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Rate Act. Further all bidders shall furnish a 10% bid bond and the successful bidder must furnish 100% payment and performance bonds. This project REQUIRES ALL CONTRACTORS to demonstrate compliance with federal Executive Orders 11625, 12138, and 12432 and EPA Regulations at 40 CFR Part 30, et al. MBE/WBE firms are specifically invited to participate in this contract either as a prime bidder or as a subcontractor. MBW/WBE Firms interested in participating as a subcontractor may contact the engineer up to 10 days prior to the bid date to obtain a plan holders list and to be placed on a list of interested firms which will be made available to all plan holders.
