Bid Qualified state - licensed general contractors are invited to participate in the bidding phase for the following Three ( 3 ) residential project s through the First Tennessee Development District: o Demolition and Reconstruction of One (1) Home under the Town of Surgoinsville , Tennessee THDA HOME Grant Housing program. o Substantial Rehabilitation of Two (2) Homes under the Unicoi County, Tennessee THDA HOME Grant Housing Program. o Emergency Repair of One ( 1 ) Home under First Tennessee Development Districts - THDA ERP Grant program. The Town of Surgoinsville , Tennessee , Unicoi County, Tennessee , and the First Tennessee Development District are Equal Opportunity Employers and urge the participation of minority and female contractors.
