Renovation of a clubhouse / community center in Roseland, Louisiana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center.
Roseland Community and Resource Center - Phase II Bidders must meet the requirements of the State of Louisiana Contractors Licensing Law, Questions about this procedure shall be directed to the Designer at: Fusion Architects, APC email: biddocs@fusionapc.com. Any additional questions or requests for clarifications after the pre-bid meeting must be submitted to Professional Engineering & Environmental Consultants (PEEC) in writing and will be addressed via written addendum. All questions must be emailed to Jeff Meyers and Travis Freeman of PEEC (jeff@peecinc.com and travis@peecinc.com). Bids must be accompanied by a bid security equal to 5 percent of the base bid and all additive alternates in the form of a certified check, cashiers check or bid bond. Available Funds for Construction are $944,548. Fusion Architects estimates construction cost of $900,000. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids for just cause;
