As of July 28, 2025, project is awarded to Gerardi Sewer & Water in the amount of $828,371.25. The City of Park Ridge is accepting bids for the 2025 Watermain Improvement Project. Work includes furnishing all labor, materials, tools, and equipment necessary to install, construct, inspect and test approximately 1,565 feet of 8" ductile iron watermain and associated appurtenances, resurface approximately 4,700 square yards of roadway, and restoration work. Maintenance security shall be in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the final contract price, to remain in effect for a period of one (1) year from the date of final acceptance of the Work by the Owner. The maintenance security shall be in a form acceptable to the Owner. This security shall warrant all Work performed under this Agreement.
