The project scope includes:The work to be performed under this contract shall consistof furnishing all labor, tools,equipment and materials andperforming all work necessaryfor the complete constructionof all the street rehabilitationshown in the construction documents. The major items of workshall consist of, but not be limited to all necessary repairs and/ or milling, and asphalt overlaycalled for in the plan portion ofthe contract documents. Contract time is 60 consecutivecalendar days. Liquidated damages in the amount of $150.00will be assessed for each consecutive calendar day thereafter. Bidders must be qualified underMississippi Law and show a current Certificate of Responsibilityissued by the Mississippi Boardof Public Contractors establishing classification as to the valueand type of construction workon which he is authorized to bid.
