Grand-Pré National Historic Site HVAC unit upgrade: - Remove all six Geothermal heat pumps and supply/install four new 10-ton heat pumps. - The existing model is a Trane Geothermal heat pumps model number WPWD07250D11000T. - Supply and install 4 new heat pumps that will fit in the allocated space based on site measurements. To assist with bonding and insurance requirements, this project is estimated at a value between $100,001 > $ 250,000, Taxes extra. The estimated contract period will be 4 month(s), with a proposed start date of 2025/07/28. Contractor must perform and complete the Work no later than November 30, 2025. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
