Formal-csp mooring dolphin construction for wharf 2 at care terminal. Construction of a new monopile mooring dolphin for Wharf 2 of the CARE Terminal. The project also includes the removal/demolition of two existing tripod mooring dolphins. A bid bond of 5% must be submitted with the response. Liquidated Damages for late completion. Access to the site from I-10E: Take I-10E to Texas 8 Beltway Frontage Rd. and take the exit toward Jacinto Port Blvd. Turn left onto Jacinto Port Blvd., keep right onto San Jacinto Blvd. and proceed onto 16800 Peninsula St. The project site will be at the eastern end of Wharf 2.
