Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Neponset, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
Description: Construction of various improvements at Scott Park. Work shall include earth excavation and embankment construction, construction of portland cement concrete pavements/slabs and sidewalks, portland cement concrete footing and structural slab construction, Hot-Mix asphalt parking lot, pickleball court, restroom facility, and the associated erosion control and site restoration. The total estimated cost to the state for the Grant Agreement is $ 596,900.00 Bidder hereby agrees to commence work under this contract on or before a date to be specified in written Notice to Proceed of the Owner and to substantially complete within 180 consecutive calendar days and final completion within 240 consecutive calendar day thereafter as stipulated in the specifications.
