The electrical Work generally involves relocation of existing lighting, addition of exit signs, additions to/reprogramming of networked lighting control system, additions to and relocation of fire alarm signalling devices, additions to existing access control and security systems. Mechanical work generally includes modifying and relocating existing ventilation services primarily located below a raised floor system, installing new acoustic transfer ducts above and below raised floor, and modifying sprinkler system to accommodate new office layout.
