The Upper Canada District School Board invites tenders, from pre-qualified eligible bidders, for Roofing, air conditioning, solar & pylon sign including: - Replace existing roofing on the original 2004 building approximately 30,375 sqft. - Install air conditioning/cooling into existing HVAC system. Integrate new equipment into existing building automation system. - Install a 48 KW Net Metering DC Solar PV Array - Install gold level pylon sign. Owner only provides plans and specs to their prequalified contractors. Interested sub trades, manufacturers and suppliers should contact the prequalified contractors.
