As of July 24, 2025, project is awarded to the following contractors: 1. CLR CONSTRUCTION GROUP INC. $547,500 2. Mills Contracting, LLC $527,000 3. Pike Construction of Mississippi, Inc. $622,000 4. Traxler Construction, LLC $588,000 5. Twin L Construction, Inc $584,200 Bidders Questions: Architect will provide responses at Prebid conference to bidders' questions received up to two business days prior to conference. Project consists of one (1) school site located in the Franklin County School District. The partial work at the Upper & Lower Elementary School includes renovation of the existing toilets. This scope of work is funded by the School District. Successful bidder shall begin the Work on receipt of the Notice to Proceed and shall complete the Work by Substantial Completion 5 January 2026. Bid security shall be submitted with each bid in the amount of 5 percent of the bid amount. A Performance Bond, separate Labor and Material Payment Bond, and Insurance in a form acceptable to Owner will be required of the successful Bidder.
