Reference number: 20074331 Deadline for receipt of complaints 2025-06-13 Expected duration of the contract without options (in months) 36 The Municipality of Egan-Sud is seeking tenders for a three (3) year snow removal and winter maintenance contract for the following seasons: 2025-2026, 2026-2027 and 2027-2028. Bidders must obtain the tender documents from the SEAO website. Fees are set according to the rates established by SEAO. Tenders must be submitted in a sealed envelope and marked "Tender submission - EGA 2025-05 / Winter road maintenance" at the place and before the date and time indicated below: Deadline for lodging a complaint in accordance with the Public Procurement Authority Act: 13 June 2025. Deadline for submission of tenders: 26 June 2025 at 10 a.m. Tender submission location: Municipal Office, 95 Route 105, Egan-Sud (Quebec) J9E 3A9. The municipality does not undertake to accept the lowest bid or any of the bids received, and declines all liability with respect to any of the bidders in the event that all bids are rejected. The contract is awarded by decision of the Municipality's Council, at its sole discretion, and the Municipality may not be bound in any way other than by a resolution of its Council.
