Demolition, site work, new construction and renovation of a civil project in Houston, Texas. Completed plans call for the demolition of a water / sewer project; for the construction of a water / sewer project; for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
Installation of a new sanitary lift station and demolishing and removing the prior lift station. Includes a concrete site, electrical work, and force main replacement. Question Deadline 06/13/2025 Bidders desiring further information or further interpretation of any part of the Contract Documents are hereby obligated to submit a written request online to the system for such information to Engineer not less than seven (7) calendar days before the Bid opening. The generator duct work will be completed by the time of this project, however duct work pertaining to the lift station will need to be constructed under the lift station concrete site. The item 3 will be updated to a 10-foot diameter wet well to match the plans. The c sand pertains to the subgrade of the lift station site. The limestone pertains to the gravel drive proposed at the lift station site. These will be shown on the updated plan sheets for the upcoming addendum
