The Iowa Department of Administrative Services is seeking a qualified company to wash windows throughout the Capitol Complex. The Department of Administrative Services (DAS) requires a contractor to provide commercial window washing services for approximately 17 buildings. DAS owns and/or occupies a variety of buildings up to 6 stories tall. These window washing services shall be performed on the interior and exterior windows in a variety of environments. DAS will determine how often and when buildings will be washed. DAS may elect to not wash any specific building, as this decision may be left to various agency directors. DAS reserves the right to award this contract to multiple vendors based on line item pricing. Q&A Close 6/6/2025 4:00 PM CDT The term of the contract will begin upon execution and expire after three (3) years The Agency shall have the sole option to renew the contract upon the same or more favorable terms and conditions for up to three (3) annual extensions.
