To include Mechanical, Architectural, Structural Work, and Electrical Work. SA Project Code: 22NMPP0701 & 24NMPP0701 GENERAL DESCRIPTION: Provide all materials, equipment and labor necessary for the construction of ONGOING RENEWAL AND REPLACEMENT - GRUBBS HVAC. The work includes, but is not limited to the following: o Mobilization/ Demobilization and Project Closeout o Demolition Work o Staging and after hours Work to minimize disruptions to active laboratory. o Upgrades to the existing laboratory airflow control system to include new exhaust valves for new lab general exhaust, new fume hood, and new snorkel hoods. o Modifications to the existing exhaust valves serving the lab to optimize the entire exhaust and supply airflow control systems. o Instrument exhaust vents. o VAV terminal box with reheat coil. o Ductwork modifications. o Piping modifications. o Plumbing Work. o VRF system for supplemental cooling ofthe laboratory spaces. o Retro commissioning ofMAU-1 and MAU-2. o Testing, Adjusting and Balancing work ofthe entire laboratory supply and exhaust airflow systems. o Hazmat Work associated with the existing fume hood exhaust ductwork to support demolition and modification work. Architectural: Low flow fume hood and snorkel hoods. o Laboratory casework. o Recessed ceiling Work. o Roofing Work Structural Work: o Roofmounted VRF structural supports and curbs.
