Site work and renovation of a medical facility in Mansons Landing, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 4,876-square-foot medical facility; and for site work for a medical facility.
BCEHS crew staffing at Cortes Island Station has been augmented and the current location requires a renovation and site preparation of a pre-purchased modular building (Modular building out of scope) to meet the new space requirements. The successful proponent will renovate the interior of the existing 825sqft BCEHS portion of the building and prepare the site to receive a modular building. The renovation scope includes a moment frame to the exterior of the building, supply and install of a generator and generator pad, underground utility connections, a new bathroom and clean storage room. The modular building is supplied and installed by the owner. The scope of work included in this tender associated with the modular building is supply and install of wood foundation, connection to foundation, wood stairs, skirting, gutters and downspouts and site preparation for the modular building. The modular building will arrive on site in October and site must be prepared to receive it at that time. Site preparation for the modular building is a critical milestone to be met by the contractor. The anticipated start date is October 2025 and the anticipated Ready-for-takeover March 2026.
