Attention of bidders is called to all the requirements contained in this bid packet, particularly to the various insurance requirements, equal opportunity provisions, environmental concerns, etc. Event Bid Description: Bids shall be sealed and marked as Bid for Harrison County Demo Grant Groups 1,2 & 3- Archer Twp, Cadiz, Jewett, Scio, and Hopedale, and mailed or delivered to: Harrison County Commissioners 100 W. Market St. Cadiz, OH 43907. No bidder may withdraw his bid within thirty (30) days after the actual date of the opening thereof. Harrison County Commissioners reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids.
