Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Randolph, New Jersey. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

**As of July 17,2025, the project was awarded to Reivax Contracting Corporation, with an awarded amount of $904,580.50** The major construction items are estimated as follows: 1,500 L.F. storm drainage pipe, various sizes; 16 Inlets, Type "B", including reconstruction of various inlets, 4,700 L.F. Granite Block Curb and Curb Reconstruction; 500 S.Y. of concrete sidewalk, 7,600 SY of milling, 1,000 tons of surface course and other items typically required of a roadway restoration/ construction project. Bids for the contract must be submitted on standard proposal forms furnished by the Township of Morris in the manner designated therein and required by the Specifications. The Township of Morris will not assume responsibility for bids forwarded by mail or delivery service. The guaranty accompanying the bid proposal shall be given in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the base bid, minimum of $500.00 and not to exceed twenty thousand dollars ($20,000.00), and may be given at the option of the bidder by a Certified Check, Cashier's Check, or a Bid Bond from a reputable insurance company licensed in the State of New Jersey. Pursuant to NJSA 52:32-44, all business organizations that conduct business with a New Jersey government agency are required to be registered with the State of New Jersey. Bidders and their subcontractors must submit proof that they are registered with the New Jersey Department of Treasury, Division of Revenue by submitting a copy of their Business Registration Certificate. Failure to provide the Business Registration Certificate prior to award of the contract will be cause for rejection of the bid as being nonresponsive. Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17-27. Bids may be held by the Township of Morris for a period not to exceed sixty (60) days from the date of opening of bids for the purpose of reviewing the bids and investigating the qualifications of bidders, prior to awarding the contract. Pursuant to P.L. 2010, c. 108, N.J.S.A. 40A:11-23.3 authorizes a bidder to request withdrawal of a public works bid due to a mistake on the part of the bidder within five days after the opening of the bids.
