Central Florida Expressway Authority requires the services of a Professional Engineering Consultant to provide systemwide CEI services required d by CFX . CFX has a core staff of CEI management personnel and is seeking a firm who will provide support personnel on an as needed, per project basis. Support personnel required by CFX may include, but are not necessarily limited to, Resident/Sr. Project Engineer, Project Administrator/Project Engineer, Contract Support Specialist, Senior Inspector, Inspector, Inspectors Aide, Senior Inspector-Building Structures, InspectorBuilding Structures/Electrical, Senior ITS Inspector, ITS Inspector The cut off for receipt of applications for registration is June 13, 2025. The selected consultant shall provide a resource pool of qualified professional, technical and administrative personnel, in the required numbers and at the required times, to assure that services and responsibilities assigned under the Scope of Services are effectively and efficiently carried out. It is anticipated that CEI services will be required for upcoming general, maintenance, and toll facility renovation/improvement projects in addition to various roadway, bridge, and intelligent transportation systems (ITS), utility, lighting, and signing and pavement marking projects that may be constructed over the duration of the contract. These services will be provided on an as needed, per project basis as directed by CFX. The contract for these services has been reserved for local professional firms located in Brevard County, Lake County, Orange County, Osceola County and Seminole County that are currently registered with CFX in its Small Sustainable Business Enterprise (SSBE) program Additionally, selection consideration will be given to only those firms who are qualified pursuant to law and who have been pre-qualified by FDOT to perform the indicated Major Types of Work.
