The City of Jefferson Parks, Recreation and Forestry Department, herein referred to as City, is requesting sealed bids to replace a portion of the sidewalk path at McKay Park 1700 Southridge Drive, Jefferson City, Missouri. Contractor agrees to provide all supervision, labor, tools, equipment, materials and supplies for replacing sidewalks at McKay Park, as set forth in Exhibit A. In the event of a conflict between this agreement and any attached exhibits, the provisions of this agreement shall govern and prevail. Scope of Project 1. Establish erosion control measures as outlined in the SWPPP below, 2. Remove and dispose of 1525' of existing asphalt trail, 3. Grade trail to meet all ADA requirements - maximum running slope 1:20 (5%), maximum cross slope 1:48 (2%). 4. Replace 1360' of trail with 9' wide concrete per trail detail (red rection of trail) in Exhibit 2. 5. Replace 165' of trail with 6' wide concrete per trail detail (green section of trail) in Exhibit 2. 6. Remove and replace the concrete street approach entering McKay Park from Sunset Lake Rd per the City of Jefferson code. 7. Final restoration. 8. Access to the site will be from Sunset Lake Rd on the southwest corner of McKay Park. 9. Contractor is responsible for obtaining any necessary permits and inspections through the City of Jefferson.
