Renovation of a pre-engineered storage facility in Denver, Colorado. Completed plans call for the renovation of a pre-engineered storage facility.
Construction project at the District's Training Center burn building, located at 901 E. 68th Ave., Denver, CO 80216 ("Project"): Completing all repairs identified in the District's 2025 Inspection Report, including, but not limited to, repairs and/or replacements to the burn building: o Padgenite lining system; o Doors and windows; o Floors and roof; o Chains, hardware, hinges, knobs, and latches; and o Concrete infrastructure. Bids received after the Submission Deadline will not be considered. The bidder is solely responsible for any cost incurred in preparing its bid. The District has the right, in its sole discretion, to reject any or all bids, to terminate or modify the Project, and to waive any irregularities in any Bid received.
