Joeris has been invited to submit a proposal for the HCA San Antonio Div Market Lab. This is a public competitive bid. We are not the Construction Manager on this project. Project Description: The scope of this project consists of selective demolition and build-out of a medical testing laboratory. The facility will include lab spaces, offices, receiving/distribution spaces, and other support spaces. The work is located on the ground floor of an existing one-story office building. The scope of this work also includes partial exterior improvements.
