A firm timeline for construction has not been established. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: This Request for Proposal (RFP) announces the intent of the Mendocino County Department of Transportation (MCDOT) to secure the services of a Professional Engineering Design firm to provide civil engineering, environmental, and project management services for a federally funded Highway Bridge Program (HBP) project. The bridge replacement project is located on Fort Bragg - Sherwood Road (County Road 419) over Sherwood Creek (Mile Post 31.18), roughly 11.3 miles Northwest of the city of Willits, CA. This contract has a Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) goal of 19%. RFP notes: Vendors must submit four (4) copies of their proposal: three (3) complete paper copies with original Vendor signature, and one (1) complete copy on USB Flash Drive.
