Site work and paving for a road / highway in West Sunbury, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
Sealed proposals are being requested by the Cherry Township Board of Supervisors for the following: (1) 40,552 S.Y. Single Asphalt Seal Coat, in place, applied as directed (2) 3,404 S.Y. Double Asphalt Seal Coat, in place, applied as directed All materials must meet specifications of PennDot Publication 408. 10% bid bond is required. Liquidated damages apply at the rate of $885.00 per calendar day. Performance bond in the amount of 100% of the contract shall be furnished by the successful bidder within 20 days after the contract is awarded. Cherry Township Supervisors reserve the right to reject any and all bids.
