City Hall - 2nd Floor Carpet Replacement and Underlayment Abatement Question Deadline: Tue Jun 10, 2025 2:00:00 PM (EDT) Documents can be obtained from https://burlington.bidsandtenders.ca/ This project includes for the following works: _ Remove and dispose of existing carpet (approx 2100 sf) _ Complete tile removal and asbestos abatement as identified in Pinchin Hazardous Material specifications and Hazardous Building Material Assessment (Pre-construction) dated December 19, 2024 (approx 1000 sf) _ Prep floors to receive new carpet tiles _ Supply and install Interface Step Repeat SR799 Granite carpet tiles including curb at glass railing per manufactures installation guidelines (approx 2100 sf) _ Supply and install bound 4" carpet base to match _ Provide 5% attic stock _ It is the approved cont $> 2.2 measurements
