The contract contains 3 components: - Annual preventive maintenance (between August 15 and September 15) - Combustion test in cold weather (between 1 December and 30 January) - Service calls The contract includes labour costs, tools, measuring instruments (including combustion gas analyzer) and common utility equipment such as garbage bags, rags, vacuum bags, etc. that the service provider must provide to perform the work. Duration The contract starts on July 15, 2025 and ends on June 30, 2027 inclusive. All bids must be accompanied by a bid guarantee representing 10% of the total bid amount excluding all applicable taxes, in the form of an irrevocable letter of guarantee or a bid bond issued by a financial institution that is an insurer licensed under the Insurance Act (R.S.Q., c. A-32) to provide insurance as collateral, a trust company licensed under the Trust and Savings Companies Act (R.S.Q., c. S-29.01); a financial services cooperative covered by the Financial Services Cooperatives Act (R.S.Q., c. C-67.3) or a bank within the meaning of the Bank Act (S.C., 1991, c. 46).
