Site work for a development in North Augusta, South Carolina. Completed plans call for site work for a development.
The project consists of the removal of approximately 1,200 CY of sediment from a pond owned by a local golf club. There will be approximately 40 tons of rip-rap added near the entrance to the pond to prevent further erosion. Construction Cost Range: $60,000 - $100,000 *The value for this project is based on a financial range. Brian will be out of the office on June 23 - 25 so any addenda will need to be issued on the 20 th . There is no DBE requirement on this project.
