PROJECT CONSISTS of construction of a new Agricultural Building covering the NEW AGRICULTURE BUILDING FOR HAMSHIRE FANNETT HIGH SCHOOL located in Hamshire, Texas will be received at the oce of the Director of Finance, Allison Byrd, Administration. The Work includes construction of a new concession stand, public restrooms and a locker room on the site of the existing concession stand. Any proposals received after the closing times stated above will be returned to the proposers unopened. Each proposal must be accompanied by a proposal bond, certified or cashier's check issued by a Surety acceptable to the Owner, payable without recourse to the order of the Hamshire Fannett Independent School District in an amount not less than five (5%) total maximum amount of all proposal items submitted as a guarantee that the proposer not withdraw his proposal for a period of sixty (60) calendar days after the scheduled closing time for the receipt of proposals; that if his proposal is accepted, he will enter into a formal contract with the Owner and that proposers will furnish the required Performance and Payment Bonds and if these conditions are not met within 10 days after receiving notice of acceptance of a proposal, the proposer shall be liable to the Owner for the full amount of proposal guarantee as representing the damage to the Owner on account of the default of the proposer. Questions pertaining to the drawings and project manual and proposal procedures will be discussed. The Hamshire-Fannett Independent School District, reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive all formalities.
