ROAD MATERIALS: 1.Crushed limestone, #610's, #S's, #S's, #9's, #ll's, #57's. Rip Rap, Dense Grade (DGA). Must meet or exceed state specifications. All aggregate. F.O.B. Quarry. Also delivered 1-5 miles, 10- 15 miles, and 15-20 miles. 2.Emulsified Asphalts- RS-2, MS-3, AE-200, AE-300, HF-RS-2, and Primer L. These emulsified asphalts shall be bid both with and without a tank provided by the bidder. 3.Also bid should include a loading hose. Specify demurrage time and rate. Also availability of a Pug Mill to mix AE-200 or AE-300 should be stated. 4.Plant Hot Mix- Asphalt, surface and base, FOB plant. Also price per ton delivered and applied on new or resurfaced road. 5.Tile- #12", 15", 18", 24" Plastic and Galvanized. 6.Gasoline and Diesel Fuel- Bidder must specify arrangements for dispensing of fuel and to satisfy county and OSHA regulations. 7.Haul charge per ton for Crushed limestone, #610's, #S's, #S's, #9's, #ll's, #57's. Rip Rap, Dense Grade (DGA) Delivered 1-5 miles, 5-10 miles, 10-15 miles, 15-20 miles. Bids must be submitted using bid sheets supplied by the Judge Executive's Office. Bid envelopes must be clearly labelled "Road Materials". Bids may be rejected without clear identification. Please call 270-259-3159 to have a bid sheet faxed or emailed to you.
