The Town of Amherst is inviting sealed bids for the purchase of hot mix asphalt. Vendor must have a hot mix asphalt plant within a 20-mile radius of the Town yard at 586 South Pleasant St., Amherst. The Town of Amherst reserves the right to reject any or all bids in whole or in part and to waive minor informalities, when at its sole discretion, is deemed to be in the best interest of the Town and to the extent permitted by law. Town personnel will pick up the asphalt from the vendor's location.
