NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of South Miami ("City") is soliciting bids for the SW 59TH PLACE DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS Project. Interested companies, firms, and individuals Bidders") may obtain a copy of Invitation to Bid No. PW2025-05 (the "ITB") Deadline to Submit Questions / Requests for Clarification June 25 2025 10:00 AM The City will not respond to oral inquiries or questions concerning this ITB. Kulick City of South Miami Chief Procurement Officer 6130 Sunset Drive City of South Miami, FL 33143 E-Mail: skulick@southmiamifl.gov The City of South Miami is soliciting bids from highly qualified firms for the construction and installation of a subsurface drainage system utilizing French drains along SW 59th Place, extending from SW 56th Terrace southward to the terminus at the cul-de-sac. This project is intended to alleviate recurring ponding and localized flooding by improving stormwater infiltration and subsurface conveyance in accordance with applicable standards. Refer to the Design Plans and Specifications in Attachment C, prepared by EXP US Services
