The project sites are located; C-34(1086) - on SW 117 Road between W. State Highway 8 and W. Walnut Road; C-34(1231) - on W. Belvidere Road and between SW 61 Road and SW 75 Road; C-34(1242) - on SW 61 Road between W Willow Road and E State Line Road; C-34(1243) - on SW. 61 Road between W. Willow Road and W. State Line Road; C-34(1253) - on SW 72 Road between W. Juniper Road and W. Sargent Road; C-34(1278) - on SW 88 Road between W. Pickrell Road and W. Dogwood Road, all in Gage County, Nebraska. The project is referred to as "Gage County 2025 Culverts Group 1: C-34(1086), C-34(1231), C-34(1242), C-34(1243), C-34(1253), & C-34(1278)" and shall include all labor, materials, transportation, and equipment required to fabricate and deliver the materials to construct: C-34(1086) - Triple 96" x 45' corrugated metal pipes on a 0 deg. skew, C-34(1231) - Triple 120" x 52' corrugated metal pipe on a 15 deg. skew (lhb), C-34(1242) - twin 72" x 42' corrugated metal pipes on a 10-deg. skew (rhb), C-34(1243) - twin 72" x 47' corrugated metal pipes on a 30-deg. skew (rhb), C-34(1253) - triple 60" x 43' corrugated metal pipes on a 20-deg. skew (rhb), C-34(1278) - triple 84" x 40' corrugated metal pipes on a 0-deg. skew, all with steel headwalls and wingwalls. Also, each bidder is to include an estimated time of delivery for the materials with their Bid Proposal. The desired delivery date of the materials is twelve to fourteen weeks after the award of the contract. All materials shall be delivered to the respective project site. Within ten (10) days following the award of the Contract, the successful bidder shall furnish a surety bond or bonds in an amount equal to or greater than the full amount of the contract. The surety and form of the bonds are subject to acceptance by the Gage County Board of Supervisors. The Gage County Board of Supervisors reserves the right to reject any and all bids or to waive any irregularities in bids received. Award of the Contract will be in accordance with the County Purchasing Act's competitive bidding considerations as set forth in Neb.Rev.Stat. __ 23-3110 to 23-3114.
