The Work includes the installation of two PRV stations, two isolation valves and one hydrant in the French Creek distribution system. The Work includes, but is not limited to, the following: .1 Pressure Control Stations 1 and 2 .1 Installation of a new pressure control station (PCS) that houses PRVs, strainers. electromagnetic flow meter, water sampling pipe, valves and stainless-steel piping in an above ground metal kiosk. The new PCS will be built with the following: .1 Complete metal kiosk structure with concrete slab foundation and separate electrical cabinet. .2 All 316L stainless steel process piping to the exterior of the building footprint. .3 PVC water distribution and supply pipe to/from the PCS and connecting to the watermains within the roadway. .4 PRVs, flow meter, pressure transducers and appurtenances for a complete operational system. .5 All mechanical heating, fans and lights. .6 All electrical, controls (for process and mechanical equipment), starters, instrumentation for a complete operational system. .7 Electrical service connection. .8 Structural concrete pad. .9 Kiosk floor drain drained to ditch. .10 All water piping related to the PCS function, valves, and connection to existing supply and distribution mains in the roadway. .11 All site work including unsuitable material removal and backfills, common excavation rough grading, sub-base, base-course, paving, finished grading, excavation and trenching. .12 Bollar and no post barriers for vehicle protection. .13 Commissioning and testing all equipment and controls. .14 Programming coordination related to the PCS function including programming of the RTU and HMI. .15 Supply of a complete operation and maintenance manual. .16 Connection to existing mains in the roadway. Contractor will coordinate connections directly with EPCOR Operations staff. Isolation valve 1 and 2 installation.
