The estimated cost of construction is $6,200,000 Central San, at its discretion, may add additional sites to the project after Award of the Construction Contract. The license classification(s) required for the work are as follows: "A, C-34." The Bidder shall have the required license(s). Each bid submitted (hard copy) must be on the forms furnished within the Project Manual and must be accompanied by a certified or cashier's check or Bidder's bond for an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the aggregate total bid.
