Renovation of a municipal facility in Salina, Kansas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Invitation to bid is hereby by the Saline County Livestock and Expo Center to Contractors to bid on lump sum general construction contract, for the Exterior Improvements - Kenwood Hall and 4H Building Projects. The project will consist of exterior improvements for Kenwood Hall: New site paving work, new metal siding, new doors, new overhead door, and painting existing elements including existing metal panel, gutters, downspouts, and other related items as shown on the bid documents. The 4H Building project will consist of painting metal siding and other existing building elements, new metal panel at window infill locations, and other items shown on the bid documents. Saline County shall make the decision as to what constitutes a technicality. No bid may be withdrawn after opening time for a period of 60 days. Late bids will be rejected.
