Site work and paving for a civil project in Stouffville, Ontario. Design plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
Stouffville Zone 1 Elevated Tank Access Road construction. Construct a new access road to the Stouffville Zone 1 Elevated Tank from Bethesda Road. Replace the soak-away pit with a holding tank and future sanitary service connection. Install a new re-chlorination system within the elevated tank. Improve the site grading to resolve storm drainage issues and building flooding. Improve the stormwater management including a secondary outlet to Bethesda Road to accommodate major storm events. Acquire property for the new access road (if required) TIMELINE: An RFP for engineering has been awarded. Work is underway, Updates on design may be available late spring 2026.
