The City of Lacombe is seeking a qualified traffic engineering consultant to lead a conceptual design study that identifies and evaluates intersection improvement strategies or alternatives to increase the long-term capacity, safety, and functionality of the Highway 12/50 Avenue and Highway 2A intersection. This is the first phase of a two-phase project. The second phase is a functional design study. The City may invite the successful Proponent to submit a scoping letter for later phases or release a new RFP for the functional design.
